Uganda is now becoming a developed country.Fotunate for us in Uganda we are having alot of investors coming into the country to invest in Real estate and big business plans and ideas.We as Ugandans need to understand that our country is very valuable and if we do not see that now ,then someon else will see that for us.
I ,myself am a real tor ....well it is one of my many professions and I am glad i got to see the value of real estate early enough.Thought one thing we need to take heed about is the ever rising scenario of land wrangles and property that is in contempt. The Capital city of Uganda is Kampala and this is a great place to own property,However there are plenty of people who are now moving further and farther from the city center to invest in property outside the town center.
It is beleived that with time the areas outside the main city center is going to be more costly and of course more prestigious.So Ultimately My advice to all Ugandans is that we as people who love our country , we have no where else to call home.It is up to us to make this place better place for all of us and for the generations that follow.
